Shipping
All items are digital files (PDF, JPG, PNG, etc.) and can be accessed shortly after payment clears.
Please note that the email provided during checkout is also the email used for sending you the download link to access your files.
Shipping time
Depending on your mail provider it can take up to 1 hour for the email containing the personalized download link to arrive in your mailbox. Please check also your SPAM- or junk folder in your mailbox as it can sometimes happen that our messages are delivered there on accident.
Returns
Digital / Downloadable Products
Digital / downloadable items cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. However, sometimes mistakes happen. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us immediately via email or the contact form on this website.
